And with good reason, it’s balance in flavors and texture, intricate details and their signature spicy edge has every corner of the world raving about their food. You can find Classic Thai favorites like the Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai together with more diverse specialties like the Pan Sib Tua (Mung Bean Pudding stuffed with sticky rice puff) which looks like our traditional empanada but with a twist. And my personal favorite for the night which was the Goong Sa-Long (Fried Prawns wrapped in Vermecelli) – Just cause I love anything and everything crispy and crunchy.

Make your own Pad Thai, season it how you like (extra spicy) and see one of the Thai Chefs cook it right in front of you and pair it with a bottle or two of Thailand’s famous Chang Beer and you’re good to go. After all, Harmony, is the guiding principle behind each Thai dish.
